Always greeted by a friendly staff member and all here are very welcoming. My appointments have gone fairly smooth and I always know before hand my out of pocket. They have told me upfront my appointments need to be spaced out to give them adequate turnover time with Insurance authorizations. Greatly appreciated, I don’t like surprise bills!

After getting tired of all the extra hundreds id have to pay after paying what was said to be the total upfront to get a bill for hundreds more after the work was done over and over at redwood dentistry I looked for a new dentist and decided to try here since my oldest and her dad have been going here for years and I absolutely loved how professional they were and all around great experience.
I’ve been coming to this office since I was about 10 years old, and I truly regret ever trying other places after having several negative experiences elsewhere. I finally decided to return to Dr. B, and I’m so glad I did. I still remember as a teen, another physician once told me I had several cavities. When Dr. B examined me, he said I only had one very small cavity and that he didn’t want to drill unnecessarily—he’d just keep an eye on it. That moment showed me that Dr. B is honest and not someone who performs unnecessary procedures just to bill insurance. When he recommends treatment, it’s because he genuinely wants to preserve your teeth. Recently, I had a root canal done and was extremely nervous about the pain. I can honestly say that Dr. B has perfected his technique—I didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure. He truly cares about his patients, consistently checking in to make sure you’re comfortable and not in pain. The cleaning I received was also exceptional—thorough, gentle, and far better than experiences I’ve had elsewhere. In the past, inadequate cleanings left me more prone to cavities, but this visit was done with real care and precision. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of care and professionalism from Dr. B and his team. Their integrity, skill, and compassion set a high standard for dental care. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking trustworthy and exceptional service.

I recently underwent a dental cleaning by Brooke, an exceptional dental hygienist. I consistently received exceptional care from this office. The staff is both courteous and professional. Dr. Bui is an outstanding dentist.

Well first off Kylee was my hygienist and did an amazing job during my cleaning. Made me laugh during the entire time, talking about how we thought about the dentist office from childhood to adulthood. It really was to tier of an experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. After that I had gotten a crown on a tooth I had damaged some weeks ago, and Dr Bui was the gentleman who did stellar work. Any time he was about to do anything, he calmly told me to give any signal if something was hurting or just uncomfortable. I had zero feelings of that whatsoever. I went in and seemed like I was out in an instant. I highly recommend sequoia dental to anyone who has any needs, and furthermore I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for the hospitality and kind nature that facility provides.
